Lora Rance Evans has more than 25 years of business and administrative experience. Having served in senior management the last 25 years, she focuses on customer service and building relationships with staff and co-workers. Her experience spans various organization types: finance, manufacturing, healthcare, corporate/business and university settings.

Lora is the owner of Evans Executive Services, Fiscally Fit & Financially Free and Rance Recruiting, organizations with the focus of educating, training, debt management and financial literacy, resume writing and career services. Her services include training and development and seminar consulting, in the areas of administrative support, customer service, goal setting, team building and finances/debt management. Lora works well with both small and large groups in working through process development and problem-solving, in business or corporate settings, with parents and community groups. She’s achieved success in assisting groups as they develop strategies, goals and processes for
improvement. Lora has a passion for education and seeing individuals become their best self.

Lora Rance Evans, is a native of Louise, Mississippi, and a 1985 graduate of Humphreys County High School, Belzoni, MS. She received her BS in Mathematics from MVSU in 1988. Upon furthering her education, she received her MBA from Delta State University in 2004.
She has been very active in the community, particularly in education or organizations which support children. In 2015 she was named Mississippi’s Parent of the Year.
